Participant Q & A (Winter Program)

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Our adaptive sports programs are designed for individuals with physical disabilities age 8 and older.

LOCATION

All of our lessons are held at The Owl’s Head Ski Resort un Mansonville, Quebec. The best skiing in the Eastern Townships!

HOURS

Activities will take place from 9:00 to 3:00 (with a one hour lunch break).

REGISTRATIONS

Early registration is strongly recommended for the program as there is limited space per group. Registrations will open by the beginning of November:

Registration for the Winter Program is based on first come, first served.

IMPORTANT NOTE: online registration does not guarantee a place in the program. Registration for each activity must be approved based on the number of volunteers available for that date. Participants will receive an email from the ASF office confirming their participation date(s).

PAYMENT

Payment is due as soon as we have confirmed you have a space in the program.

Please, DO NOT make your payment until you receive email confirmation of your place in the program for the date(s) selected.:

You will receive an email with the invoice for your lessons. You can make your payment online using the secure Quickbooks link or send a cheque payable to the Adaptive Sports Foundation, 549 Knowlton road, Knowlton, QC, J0E 1V0.

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to present yourself for your lesson you must contact ASF by phone (450-243-5985) or by email (admin@adaptivesports.ca) by 12:00pm the Friday before the lesson. For cancellations Friday 4pm to Saturday am call Kelly 450-523-5985.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

The cancellation of a day program is extremely rare. If you think the day can be canceled because of bad weather, Please consult our website or FACEBOOK PAGE . Information will be posted the day before or the morning of the storm as of 5:30 am.
